Shipping Information

Production & Processing Time Since every item is custom-made to order, our standard production time is 2-3 weeks. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time to designing, creating, and perfecting your personalized items. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Costs We use USPS Priority Shipping for all orders to ensure your items arrive in a timely and secure manner. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

Rush Orders If you need your favors sooner than our standard turnaround time, we may be able to accommodate a rush order depending on our current production schedule. Please select the "Rush Order" option at checkout for an additional fee. This will prioritize your order and shorten our production time.

Important Note: Upgrading your shipping method (e.g., to Express) at checkout will only reduce the time your package is in transit with the carrier. It will not shorten our standard production time.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the USPS website.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Our Policy on Returns Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refundsunless the item is defective or a mistake was made on our part during production. This policy is in place because custom-made items cannot be restocked or resold. We encourage you to carefully review your digital proof before final approval to ensure all details are correct.

What to Do If Your Order is Damaged We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

  • Please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging.

  • Email us the photos along with your order number within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the damaged items or issuing a refund.

What to Do If an Item is Incorrect If you receive an item that is incorrect due to a production error on our part (e.g., a misspelling that was correct on your approved proof), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly correct our mistake and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
