Ordering & Customization
How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend placing your order 3-4 weeks in advance for standard production and shipping. Rush orders may be accepted depending on our availability, but additional fees will apply.
What kind of customization do you offer? We specialize in bringing your unique vision to life! We offer a wide range of customization options to ensure your favors are a perfect match for your event. This includes a full spectrum of colors, themes, personalized text, and font choices. We can also incorporate your event's logo or a favorite photo to make each favor truly one-of-a-kind. We're excited to collaborate with you to create something unforgettable!
Do you offer mock-ups or proofs before production? Yes, absolutely! We want to make sure your favors are perfect. After you place your order, you'll receive a digital proof for your approval approximately two weeks before your event date. Please ensure the email address you provide is valid and active.
We offer up to two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. To keep your order on schedule, your proof must be approved within 3 business days of receipt. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will proceed with the design as sent to avoid production delays. Our goal is to collaborate with you to create something you'll absolutely love!
Can you sell me alcohol or cigars? For items such as alcohol and cigars, we only provide custom labels and packaging. The actual products are not included and must be purchased separately by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? After production, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive. If you need your items sooner, we offer a Rush Order option that can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note: Selecting an expedited shipping method (like Priority or Express) will only reduce the time your package is in transit with the carrier. It will not shorten our standard production time.
What are your shipping costs? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We use USPS Priority Shipping for all orders to ensure your items arrive safely and quickly.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
Payments & Policies
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

What is your return policy? Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake in production on our part.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
